And another thing, it’s always free entry… Here’s to a proper Geordie night out at Bijoux. This sister bar is not just in any location, but in glitzy Marbella – the home of TOWIE (traitors…).Īt peak times, this place is busy, so get there early. And, to add even more of an air of exclusivity to this place – Bijoux has a sister bar. If you’re into commercial, house and RnB – we’ll see you there. This place is home to an international quality DJ line-up, playing seven nights a week. The intimate vibe makes the music and sounds system all the better. And, in that few thousand, Ellie Goulding, Mark Wright and Nathan Sykes have experienced the VIP club on a night out in The Toon. On average, Bijoux has around 6,000 punters – including those infamous Geordie Shore lot – so you’re in good company. Featuring two beautiful rooms with a sleek, modern design, Bijou is the perfect setting for many occasions. They also serve a load of cocktails and premium spirits, and you can sample all of these in one of the many curved booths. Bijou is one of Bostons newest event venues.

This small, but perfectly formed, bar has drink offers by the bucket. You’ve also got Grey and Dean Street on the other side – it’s surrounded by impressive nightlife. This includes the likes of House of Smith, Madame Koo, Floritas and Perdu. The extravagant venues, famed for attracting celebs, lie mere seconds from the bar. Set on Mosley Street, connected to the legendary Collingwood Street, Bijoux sits pretty in a top location. We’d expect nothing less from a bar on the illustrious Diamond Strip. Those followers are the most stylish crowd in Newcastle. Synonymous as the pre-drink bar of choice for the Geordie Shore cast, it has gained a huge band of followers. It's more of the same stuff they play at the Grand and Royale. I also forgot about Memoire because it's in the casino but frankly I don't really know anyone who goes to Memoire regularly. Also, I can't believe I forgot this, but if you're into top 40 or hip hop, Venu, Cure, Icon, and Hava are places to go if you're looking for something a little nicer/fancier/more upscale than what the Faneuil Hall/Haymarket bars and clubs offer. I think there's a few more I'm missing but those are the big ones. Ned Devine's, Hennessey's, Hong Kong ($1 chicken sticks!), Sissy K's, Coogan's.

If you're just looking to get trashed and don't care what you dance to or who you dance around, any of the bars around Haymarket/Faneuil Hall will do. Good Life is my favorite and they open back up this weekend. The vibes at those 4 places are all pretty good. Good Life, Phoenix Landing, Middlesex, and The Lower Level are all great for underground shows if that's your thing. Legacy is under Royale and a pretty great queer club if that's you're thing. Bijou is fine if you're into house music, the last few times I've been to Bijou the crowd was mostly freshly 21 people. The Grand is more of the same as Royale but more expensive and a stricter dress code. Anyway, Royale is fine if you're just trying to get drunk and dance and hookup. Your post appears to be one of a number of commonly asked questions about the port city of Boston. See what's going on at House of Blues, The Sinclair, Brighton Music Hall, Once Somerville, The Middle East (downstairs > upstairs), Sonia. They get huge acts, and it's definitely the most expensive. Haven't been to Memoire yet, but it's brand new in the Encore Casino in nearby Everett. It's more of an all-purpose venue, but does focus on a lot of EDM and electronic. I've seen Deadmau5 here, Goldfish, few others. They get internationally touring electronic acts - so the events can get large and run very late. I found them to be very professionally managed. Clean, great sound, brand new venue, no bad sight-lines. You're not paying for a club - you're paying for a show. But not really my thing.īig Night Live is the best, though can be pricey. Better than Venu, Tunnel and Hava (though, I love the Wilbur).
